After purchasing a package, go to your account dashboard and click on 'My Packages'. You'll find download buttons for all available packages. Downloads are tracked and limited based on your subscription plan.
Our domain packages are available in CSV, JSON, and TXT formats. Zone files come in standard zone file format, while technology packages include structured data with domain names, technology stacks, and metadata.
Zone files are updated daily at 2:00 AM UTC. Technology detection data is refreshed weekly, and new/removed domain packages are updated daily. You can check the 'Last Updated' timestamp on each package for specific update times.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, and you can re-subscribe anytime.
